The Ric Flair of CyberSecurity

I have been coined the Ric Flair of Cybersecurity by Nick Rossi, one of the best sellers I know. It has percolated among the Rapid7 sales leadership team and it’s now at a point where I am leaning into it because it’s fun and catchy: It’s now listed on my LinkedIn headline.

You’ll have to ask Nick yourself but I think it stems from 4 things about me.

1. I am located in Tampa, where Ric lives and built his career as the GOAT entertainment wrestler

2. I have a loud sense of style, sometimes it’s fun e.g. there’s a picture of me smoking a cigar in a pink robe (see below). Ric wore pink robes from time to time.

3. I have a lot of energy, I talk loudly and yell with excitement sometimes (see below).

4. I can work a crowd; from my days of playing in a touring band
